Convention Registration Information
You can register now and complete your upgrades any time before 05/31/21.
**You are NOT registered until you have completed the registration form AND paid.**
Everyone can submit a Basic Registration - Only Registered Attendees may submit an Upgrade form.
How much is it to Register?
The registration deadlines are as follows.
07/08/20 - 09/30/20...$300
10/01/20 - 12/31/20...$325
01/01/21 - 03/31/21...$350
04/01/21 - 05/31/21...$375
What does my registration cover?
Your registration will grant you access to all areas of the convention during the weekend. It will also include your Pick A Prize Tickets (no we don’t know how many tickets or prizes there will be yet), entry into each session drawings and will include your banquet meal on Saturday.
Many don’t realize that a lot more goes into hosting a convention besides purchasing prizes for everyone to win. We sign huge contracts that ensure we will meet guaranteed amount of room reservations, a certain amount of food and beverage for the banquet, printing of everything that you receive in your welcome packets, etc. You get the idea. There are more things, but this is the bulk of how money is spent. When all of that has been met, we then get to purchase prizes for you to win throughout the weekend.
(All Cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee)
12/31/20 - Full Refund
03/31/21 - 50% Refund
05/31/21 - 25% Refund
Any cancellations after 05/31/21 will receive no refund.
PayPal will send you a confirmation email.
PayPal is handling all of our bookkeeping and confirmations for us so you will not receive a separate email from the convention.
ALL REGISTRATIONS AND UPGRADES ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $25 CANCELLATION FEE.
FOR ALL DRAWINGS AT THE CONVENTION, YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
